Hello Friends!!! I am learning more and more each day, and I want to be a more reliable source for all of your fitness/ Nutritional/Wellness needs. So I am going to make sure I post information for you at least 5 times a week.

I encourage you guys to post topics in which you would like more information on and I will exercise all of my resources to get you the most ACCURATE answers.

I will most anything from personal achievements, mental achievements, and of course physical achievements.

I enjoy telling stories so I will share with you what I have learned through experiences and if you want to share yours please E-Mail them to me!! Ok I am going to save my life story for another day but I WILL share it on here so that I can build your trust and to give you a peak into what got me to where I am TODAY!

But to keep it basic for today I would like to explain to you what I have learned through TONY ROBBINS. He is my mentor right now and I have nothing but good things to say about his products and programs. You all owe it to yourself to begin by watching his free youtube clips then hopefully progress to his products then maybe Seminars. This is what you need to achieve what ever it is in your life, Weather it be your job physique or mental health!

I would say that the most valuable lesson I have learned through this journey of life is that if I want to achieve GREATNESS for myself and others I have to set a PLAN  & SCHEDULE. Results do not come by sitting my ass on the couch every day after work. My results that I am very happy with come from hard work and dedication to what ever it is that I want in life.

So ask yourself what it is that you want in your life and lets start talking together about it!! Power comes in it’s greatest form when we create a unity/ Family.

There is a new exercise craze taking over, and it’s one that you would least expect! Exotic pole dancing is becoming popular all over the world–especially America, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Although it is a blast to do, it’s quite beneficial to your health by helping you tone up your arms, legs, and core muscles.  With pole dancing fitness, you don’t have to wear an exotic outfit. Just dress in whatever outfit you usually exercise in, or even an old t-shirt and pants.

There are two options you have in regards to pole dancing lessons. First, there is the option of taking a pole dancing class. The second is to purchase your own pole dancing kit, complete with pole (either removable or fixed) and instructional DVD.. As a beginner, you will learn the basic moves and what they are called (yes, pole dancing moves do have names!). After a few months, you’ll be pole dancing like you’re a pro!

However, before you begin your quest to pole dancing, you must first find a pole. If you’ve opted for the class atmosphere, you can simply phone the gyms in your area and ask if they offer pole dancing fitness classes. You might even have a look on the internet to see if there are private classes offered near you. If you want to pole dance in the comfort of your home, you need to find a place that sells pole dancing poles. Have a look online, where you can find a huge assortment of poles, instructional DVD’s, and even pole dancing kits.

It might be wise to take a few classes before making a commitment. While many women find it great fun, it isn’t for everyone. If it is a routine that you feel you would like to stick to, and even get a pole for your home, make sure you choose a good quality one, as you will sometimes be using your full weight on the pole.
